Poor service, not rude, just not very considerate. I am actually getting to the point where I am willing to drive an hour and back out of my way just not to use these guys. I will actually likely save time due to their slow service. Stay away if you can.

I think this is the first Do-It Best I have liked (lived in 7 states). I agree with some of the others. Either there are a dozen people there to help you or you have to wait 20 minutes to find somebody. I think the only thing I won't buy here are exterior screws as they are half the price at other stores. I love the paint and finish selection.
