I placed an order for a privacy fence. I ordered 16' treated. The sales person instructed my person that 2x4x8 was better. When I arrived onsite, I found that the 2x4's weren't even treated lumber. So I wasted 2 hours of my morning loading, returning and picking up the proper (originally ordered) material. The manager offered not expediancy in correcting the order nor an apology.

Just the right products for a bit more than big box stores. It's got a small town hardware feel.  Other than cashiers the customer service could use some adjusting.

The store itself is fair, although the employees are sometimes hard to find inside and seem lackadaisical.  The website is just horrible and does not work to search anything.  Much better service and experience at the big box stores.  No one wants to take up their time to drive over to there to find out that what they needed is not there.
