My first experience with Pride Plumbing and it was a great one.  The main shut off valve had a  slow drip and two outside faucets to be replaced due to age and leakage. Steve called prior to let me know of his arrival time. The replacement of one faucet was a little more detailed because previous owner covered the access area with plywood. Prices and quotes are straight forward even with the extra work of removing the covered area there was no extra charge for that. Steve gave me an estimated time frame and he was done actually a half an hour earlier! Very professional, friendly, courteous and prompt! I will be using Pride Plumbing of Rochester in the future for my plumbing needs. Thank Steve you did a wonderful job!

I called on Monday regarding a non-emergency drain situation (but one that I wanted taken care of ASAP). They were able to set up an appointment for me the next day, with a reasonable 2-hour service window. David, the technician, called before arriving, was prompt and in uniform. He was courteous, polite, and respectful. Once he assessed the situation, he gave me a list of options and made a recommendation. He didn't try to up-sell me and listened to my concerns. The repair was done quickly, cleanly and price was definitely reasonable. We will now be using Pride Plumbing for all our plumbing issues and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumbing service!

Professional, pleasant and prompt describes Steve Clark and Pride Plumbing! In the future I intend to be calling Pride Plumbing of Rochester first for my plumbing needs. 

Steve came by to quote a replacement job on the main drainage system  leading out to our septic line. He arrived promptly in a work van loaded with all the material necessary to complete the job. After agreeing to the quote, he immediately set to work finishing the job without delay in under 3 hours.

Pride Plumbing was recommended for the job of hooking up a replacement utility wash tub in my basement. The tub of 50 years was unsightly and I wanted a new one installed. Pride's experienced plumber came on the appointed time, installed the tub and worked on the piping. I ran a washing machine load the next day and the utility tub leaked, so Pride sent the same experienced plumber to re do the piping. He  had to cut the metal pipe and made sure the pipes were functioning as expected. He was helpful, courteous, and focused on the job. Kudos, Pride Plumbing for seeing this job through.

Great first experience with Pride Plumbing. We discovered we had a complete waste line blockage with yuck backing up in a basement sink. Based on neighbor recommendations, I called Pride and they said they could get someone out by 5pm, possibly earlier. Got a call at 3pm from technician Dave V. who said he was nearby and would be there in 10 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation and described the options and costs. I gave him the green light and he got right to work. He had the drain snaked out and everything inspected in very short order. He was courteous, professional, and easy to understand. We were pleased with his work and will definitely keep Pride's number nearby for future needs.
