Shopping for vehicles can be quite stressful. So to eliminate the migraines you get while spending a day looking for a new one, just go to Prime Ford in Auburn first. I promise you..................you will NOT go anywhere else. After shopping at two of the largest dealerships in the area, we stopped at Prime to check out their inventory. They have without a doubt, more to choose from than the other two combined. And to top it off, they have the best deals. Unlike the other two dealerships, we were able to go in, look over all the vehicles, choose a couple that we were interested in and then dealt with the salesman for 4 days before we made our final choice. Not once did they pressure us to make a deal, and they were fantastic on helping us get as many rebates as possible. We bought a 2017 F150 Lariat and we did our shopping to ensure we could get the best deal. The prices we received from other dealerships, for lesser of a vehicle than what we bought, was thousands more than what we paid. Don't waste a day! Go to Prime first.........................a dealership that makes your car shopping NOT a headache!!!

Went to look at a used F250. Salesman was pleasant and I was ready to move on the truck until I asked about negotiation on the price. I was flat out told no drop in price. I said thank you and walked out. I was then followed out by Josh, the sales manager, and he argued with me in the parking lot about how competitive his prices were. So competitive they priced themselves out of a sale. This was my second experience with a prime dealership and the other was also less than pleasant, I'd avoid and go elsewhere.

Amazing experience! There was no pressure at all. My sales man, Kyle, was incredible, he listened to all my needs and found the right car for me. The finance manager, Peter, was friendly and made the process easy and affordable. Jim Langley went above and beyond to make this an incredible experience, he is an amazing asset to this company! Thank you Prime Ford of Auburn!

From the beginning to the end, my experience at Prime Ford in Auburn was excellent. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, so I had many hesitations. However, I must say I am quite impressed. Everyone there was kind and approachable. My sales associate, Kyle DePold, was awesome. He made sure all my questions were answered, and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision right away about a car. Kyle also made sure that my requests were met so that I left the dealership satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend asking for him when buying a car from Prime Ford.

The best car buying experience ever! Jim Leslie was great to work with. I got a great price for the new car that I wanted. I received the figure I wanted for my trade. It was simple and I left with my new car that evening. Wish I went there first instead of being insulted elsewhere! Prime will be my first stop on my next vehicle purchase. Thanks Jim and Prime.... love my new car!
