My boyfriend and I are visiting Seattle for my Dad's surgery. We have long days at the hospital and walk 5 minutes from Virginia Mason to eat at Primo. The wings were amazing and crispy, the pizza was sooo delicious, Caesar salad was a good portion and was perfect. Our server one night was Allison and the another night was Ashley, they were so sweet, upbeat, and a good way to end our long, stressful days. They have a great happy hour late at night 9pm-close and cuts the pizza prices in half & $5 draft beer & house wine. Thank you!!

This is one of the best and most underrated happy hour spots in Seattle. I highly recommend the chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and pizza. They've also got a good beer selection. Service can be a bit slow, but it's easily forgivable. I'd consider this to be a hidden gem on First Hill.

Ashley and Allison are wonderful! Always so friendly and with great service! Primo is my go to for a nice ambience and great food. And the pizza......

It wasn't busy when we came in. It was me, my bf, and our friend. There was only 1 server on the floor, we waited 1 hour just for our food to arrive and the server completely forgot our order. She probably wouldn't have served us our pizza if I hadn't asked her about it. She kept saying, "oh it will just be a few minutes" which eventually turned to "it'll just be six minutes". Nope. Took an hour. The worst part is the server didn't even care to apologize for forgetting out order. It was like she didn't care at all. Very poor customer service. Oh, and the pizza we were served was undercooked, which gave me and my group food poisoning. It ruined my whole Sakura Con weekend. Fortunately for my friends, their churning stomach aches only lasted several hours. Mine started in the middle of the night last night, even going on as I type. So in short, we won't go here anymore. I guess that's what happens when your manager is so cheap that he'll only put one person to operate the floor per shift.

Well, it started out not looking good, but once our order was taken the experience changed for the better. The Food was amazing and the service was what was expected.
