Just purchased a hoagie from Primos at 6602 Frankford Ave, where I always go and when I get home, to my surprise, there’s hardly any meat on it. I’m basically eating bread. My daughter purchased as well and hers was packed. And what’s even more disappointing is that I’m stuck with it. Who’s wants to get in the car and drive all the way back? Do better Primos.

Horribly made hoagie barely any lettuce but its not like they replaced it with meat just appears that the hoagie was on a diet… I’ve had better hoagie for way less from a mom and pop corner store… smh I won’t be going back and I will be sure to tell a friend to tell a friend tho…. Just cost too much money to not to be receiving adequate service… Very disappointed.

Just ordered through DoorDash and half way through my sandwich. I bite into a piece of hair. I look for more just in case and under the cheese there’s a long beautiful strand. Delicious.Food: 1/5

Rolls are always stale. Regular and seeded . Soggy onions. Tomatoes have no flavor. Second time trying this place. Have to find a new place.Food: 2/5

First time having them and definitely would not come back, chicken cutlet was overcooked to the point it's burnt and tasted scorched. And barely any sauce and skimpy sandwich. Not worth it...Food: 1/5

By far one of the worst customer service experience front desk girl was rude as hell. The guy in the back making the sandwiches was throwing the Hoagies around when he was done with them, and they don't even clean the cutting machine after every sandwich or have different one for different meats or cheese they cut EVERYTHING IN THE SAME MACHINE so if you have any allergy too any dairy or meat products definitely do not recommend and on top of all that I feel that they were racist towards me will not be returning back.

Always delicious, great customer service and today I tried the fresh mozzarella now I'm in love even more
