Usually never disappointed with Primo hoagies. First time trying the one at this location and I won’t be back! For $12.49 this is not worth it !

Decent taste horrible price for a tiny sandwich. 12 bucks for a small and I'm still starving. Insane! Fuggggg primos they are barely better than wawa.

Ordered the Italian/turkey & cheese platter with everything on the side. The pickup was ready when they said it was and the mini sandwiches were fresh and tasteful.

The hoagie was great but music was being played that was very raunchy and explicit.  I actually didn't go for the music of course and I know establishments can play music. But for the few minutes that I had to wait for my food it was pretty uncomfortable. I believe public places should at least have a  base line respectful atmosphere so no customer is offended or made to feel uncomfortable. I don't like giving negative reviews but these days its seems like its the best way to help owners and managers.  Hope this comment helps the establishment.

I feel horrible not knowing his name... Jake or Zack, something along those lines. You would think with the great attitude he has I would know for sure ... But I'm not there all that often, however, when I do go, I know this dude will deliver with a great attitude. He needs a raise! Better than any other Primos. I literally come back to this one because of this guy's approach to customer service. Great job my man... I hope I didn't butcher your name too much. I'm sure you know I'm talking about you.

we are a huge primos fan but this location takes the cake pictures never lie my husband and I ordered 3 hoagies and they were so filled with meat that we don't even mind paying for the higher cost you cant beat their sizes they really give you what your paying for

Young lady had phone on cutting board and touching her phone with gloves she was cutting onions with.

Bleach blonde employee with short hair was aggressive, short with conversation and rushed us to order. In doing so our one sandwich was wrong. The other two employees seemed nice. Quality of food was really good. Everything was fresh.

I wish I could give a better rating bc I used to love this location. Recently grabbed a quick dinner for my family from here and there was about 2 pieces of meat and hardly any toppings. The hoagies have gone from the size of my forearm, to the size of my pinky finger. Really disappointing. I also used to order regularly catering for my office from here, and they requested not to order anymore. Just not the same.
