DO NOT USE THIS STOAGE FACILITY. The only reason that this has one star is because it cannot have 0. My friends and I rented a unit here to store our stuff in for the summer. When my roommate attempted to open the unit, her key would not fit into the lock. It was clear that someone had cut our lock and replaced it. When she notified the owner of the facility, the owner said she would be charged $35 to have the lock cut off. When we finally got into our unit, half of our stuff had been stolen. I have since learned that 6 other units in this facility had been broken into over the summer. The owner of the facility has been extremely uncooperative with us and the police. She told us that it was our fault that our unit was broken into, admitting to knowing the suspect, and has denied any responsibility. It is likely that she is in on the break-ins since so many were reported and she has done nothing. It says that there is a gate and cameras. The cameras only point towards the entrance so we were told that they were useless in IDing the culprit. The gate has been stuck completely open multiple occasions we went here. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A SAFE STORAGE.

Continued to have issues with the gate code. Can't access our things. VERY inconvenient. No emergency after hour contact number. If looking for storage space, reconsider.
