Well I have to say, when our last agent retired I was very sceptical. I wanted to change agencies really bad. We had a rocky start with Princess and a few growing pains. My wife asked us to hold on for a little while longer and I must say it was probably the best decision. The staff is friendly and very responsive to our individual needs. They have worked with us over several different arrangements for a few different policies. Thanks again to this agency. 5 stars

I have conducted business here off and on for many years. The staff at this office are all wonderful. I reccommend them every chance I have. Thank you for your excellent service.

By far the worst agent to have. My family used Alan Giles as our agent and he was fantastic and when he retired Princess took over. She used his success to start her career and mishandled the business. She hired a bunch of her friends, who are unhelpful, while she spends most of her time outside of the office. Lazy, apathetic, uncommitted.
