I have nothing but great things to say about Princeton Van Service and the move they performed for me. All his employees were polite and kept me informed of their progress to my old house for the load and along the route to my new house for the unload. Lou the owner quoted me a price and it was pretty much right on par with what he said it was going to be. I believe people have higher expectations of how a move should go and don’t account for situations coming up. They called and told me they were running behind by an hour from an earlier move. Which I understood happens. If you do need a moving company make sure you call Princeton Van Service.

KIND and GENTLE. Princeton Van Service just loaded up the contents of our house for storage awaiting our move to Millsboro, Delaware. The truck arrived at 9am. Joe, Ted and Byron wasted no time bubble wrapping and shrink wrapping everything before it was loaded on the truck. I'm scheduling my delivery now and the office gave me a GUARANTEED date. I can TRUST Princeton Van Service because this is not the first time I have orchestrated a move using their secured storage facility. Last move we were in storage for over 2 years while we renovated our current house. When we moved back in, all was just the way we left it with Princeton Van. The office staff was KIND and the movers were GENTLE, I would highly recommend these guys and use them again.

I've used Princeton Moving 3 times in the last 5 years. The movers are ALWAYS extremely professional and just so helpful. They have respect for my sensitive objects, making sure nothing gets chipped or damage. I'll admit there are times when I have packed badly. In order to secure my items, they have helped me repack, especially with my breakables. I would like to recommend Princeton Moving and Storage to everyone.

I'm not quite sure what the negative comments are about..
But my husband and I gotten in touch with Lou the owner,and he was on time and very pleasant..Assuring us he has a good crew..He's right,a very good crew who wrapped our valuables,nothing was broke or damaged..They have moved a household full of items to a different location. .And some smaller jobs we have used them also..They're the finest,and I wouldn't even look for anyone else..

This is a response to Madison Penchenski. I have worked for Princeton Van Service for over 10 yrs. and prior to that I owned my own moving company. So I know the importance of keeping the customer satisfied. From my point of view the job was completed from point A to point B on the date the customer had requested. Everything was delivered to the destination in good order as we do every day. 
      On this particular day I am not sure what the problem was. We did try to reach out to the customer all morning and there was no response from them. Soon as we were contacted I got to the customer ASAP. We loaded the truck and everything seemed fine. As we were driving to the drop off which was over 200 miles away during a snow storm the customer had continually called the truck, threatening to kill me, the driver and the owner. The customer did not know the destination prior to this so we had to stop and get maps to plan out a truck route and stop and get fuel as well. I been doing this for a while now and I understand the stresses of moving and being aware of this we tried to reassure the customer that everything was fine. This customer was bringing about unnecessary stress upon themselves. In the end we got to the destination and unloaded the truck without a problem. The customer stated thank you for a good job and apologized for the grief.
