Food is decent. But the customer service . I asked for a high chair and the guy brings it and places it on the walkway nearest to me and not place it on our table. I was like 'seriously?' and he walked away, no f given.
We ordered takeout, garlic and cheese naans, vegetable samosa, chicken kabab, chicken tikka masala, goat vindaloo, and eral varubal shrimp. The online order system is broken so I had to call-in, which means the only coupon $10 off $70 order could not be used. The portion of the three curries are bit small for the price in my mind, but they are very tasty. Each has different layer of spices and heat. The shrimp curry has 8 large shrimps which were tender and springy. The vegetable samosas are crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside.
Veg Manchuria gravy is Terrible. Worst Manchuria, they soaked the 8 veg balls in bowl of soup that's not how one makes the veg Manchuria even you ask for with gravy. spices are nil, only flavor is tangy, there is no garlic, no spring onions, not spicy at all. I regret ordering this. It is completely waste of money. I want my money back. It is terrible at taste, I am getting vibe that they don’t care how the food tastes. Stop saying that authentic Indian food, if you not making it per minimum standards
Tried placing an order online, all information was correct and the order was still invalid error. The website needs to be updated and secured, I hope my card info wasn't stolen. ***2 too many hairs in the food. I ordered the butter chicken found 2 separate hairs in my food. FYI My hair is blond and curly.
Good ambience and food. We ordered both vegetarian and non vegetarian items. All were tasty. Service was good. We ate samosas, masala Dosa, chana masala, chicken Tikka , murgh mughalia , mutton biryani.
We had ordered chicken majestic to start with. Followed by spring dosa and Priya special chicken masala with garlic naan. The appetizer, was nice and tasty. Spring dosa was just like masala dosa, not at all like how I expected it to be. Usually spring dosa has a stuffing of veggies in a shezwan sauce but this was just yellow mashed potatoes with some carrot and onions. The sambar and the red chutney was particularly very good. Sambar was thick and authentic with good flavors and a nice blend of vegetables. The best dish of the meal was Priya special chicken curry with basmati rice and naan. The chicken was absolutely delicious and the flavors were so rich and tasty, we totally loved it. Portion sizes are great as well. We finished with mango lassi which was cool and creamy and fresh. I have taken off one star for the service. We were seated for full 20-25 mins before anyone noticed us and served us water and gave us menus. We were on a tight time schedule so this attitude was a little annoying for us. Overall the food was great, will surely stop by the next time we are in Lowell.
Hopeless Food Quality ....Greasy ...we reached hungry with Kids and Family ...Dosa where burnt, samosa where greesy and uttapam where so spicy that u cannot eat it...basically u do not order anything which needs refrying...aha stomach pain food...I understand one dish being bad but the whole thing was like a day or old food being served ...when we complained the to chef he acknowledged the issue and said he will fix it ..to the owner the message is just ask urself will you family and kids eat the food in this restaurant ...u will have an answer for urself??? Look at burnt Dosa and Greese on Samosa Vegetarian options: Veg option available
I love love love South Indian food. This place did not disappoint. Everything we ordered... dosa, sambhar, chutneys, fluffy idlis so good!! The hakka noodles were delicious. Did not need any gravy with it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I never thought I would give this rating to my favorite restaurant. The only reason I am giving this rating is for Serving hot Tea in a styrofoam cup. Recently we had a Diwali party Oct - 2022. As a vegan, I tasted only Veg, food was extremely good. We all enjoyed the party as well as the food!!. At the end the party Priya team served TEA and kept just styrofoam cups.. Few of us skipped the tea.. But many taken the Tea including the kids. It is awful to see this. Each employee should be trained on this. I want this to be changed in my favorite restaurant. Once it is changed definitely I will change this rating.
