Great place to get an haircut, gentle staff with good work ethics. Cheap as well (9.95$) if you get OSU college coupons, sometimes you have to wait 20mins but you only ask for so much.

I used to get my hair cut here for years. The service and prices were always top notch, but that's changing due to my last few experiences here. A few weeks ago I went here after work, well within their business hours, to find it closed. Lights on, no note, and the door locked with no one inside. A disappointment, sure, but sometimes things happen. I decided I'd go in the next time I was free. I went in tonight (March 2nd) at 5, wrote my name down and waited. I preceded to wait for over an hour, before I had to leave for plans with my family. I walked up to mark my name out, only to my surprise, it was already marked out and a new sheet started. That was the last straw, as my name had not been called once. Spend the extra few dollars to go somewhere else where they're open when they say they will be, and don't ignore their customers.

Very poor customer service makes people wait 20 minutes for haircut and everything and I won't recommend anybody going to Pro Cuts for a haircut

Friendly service. Cut your hair the way you ask. Very prompt.

I called to ask how much it cost for a kids cut and she than put me on hold and than forgot I was on hold and I could hear the lady gossiping to her friend. When I hung up and called back no one picked up... probably still gossiping. Not even going to get a hair cut from them.
