May be a little biased seeing as I work here but amazing store with an amazing salon in the back!

No one greeted me, nor did anyone ask if I needed help while I was there. The cashier became rude when I said I didn't want to join the rewards program and she tossed the bag at me and said here you go. I will never go back.

Every time I go into the store the employees seem to never say hi or ask if I need help. But I notice that they are more then willing to help all the other customers. Yesterday I stood in one spot for 5mins right in front of 3 employees and not one ask if I needed anything but every time a customer walk in the say hello to them. Then when I finally got assistance they show me where the the makeup foundation but I ask for someone to apply it on my face so I can see if it's a good fit and nobody came to help so I just walk out of the store. But I do love the makeup but I just wish the employees are not so stuck up or more friendlier to help. Or maybe they don't like black women or maybe I was a ghost 👻 And they couldn't see me. Next time I'll just go to OKC they are more nice.

Literally no one ever helps me. I can never find the staff or they always pass me up to help someone else who ends up not buying anything. It upsets me because I always spend a lot of money here. Wish there was a sephora near by
