Must say wow serene is amazing , she took care of us so kindly , she was so graceful and knowledgeable, she helped us to get an estimate for our jewelry , she actually took care of us when preety much knowing we are not in the market to spend any money , must say she was so friendly and turned buisness away just to focus on our needs. 
I'm in the sales business for many years and I must say, she was amazing, so will make you feel comfortable and even try to save you money, these days, that is rare! 
Take my word go and  you shall approve all that I mentioned, wish more peaple ware this nice and kind.
