OBSCENE charges.   Terrible service.  Will tell my insurance co. to never, never use them again, at least not for us.  Refused to wait for my husband to remove toilet, claiming couldn't wait the 5 min. of time, yet sat here on the phone with our ins. co for 20 min.  Between what they charged us and ins. co., they received $800. for a 15 min. job!  Obscene.

Ask for Norman!  We were assigned Pro Plumbing by our home warranty company and I experienced the best customer service I've had in a long time. Norman was extremely personable, arrived on time,  and took customer service to a new level. While my home warranty company requires a second option before paying for cutting through drywall, I called them up today and told them once that is taken care of I'd prefer if they brought Norman and Pro Plumbing back in for the actual fix. If the end result is anything like the experience I had today, it will be top notch.

I had three different plumbing company's come out and look at my kitchen I installed myself in the garage. They all wanted an astronomical price to run water and drain lines out to my new kitchen and then wanted me to sign a waiver that they were not responsible for any leaks or frozen lines. I asked cant we just figure a way around this? NO was the answer. Plumbing Pro's came out and I talked with the owner personally and we walked the entire job. Not only did he tell me he could do the job, but showed me exactly how he was going to do it. He went the extra mile and installed something called "cutoff bibb's" in my basement. He told me that a lot of people were using there garage space for extra sq footage and it was not a problem. WOW! after the install he personalty walked me through the shut off process during the winter months and marked all the lines for my wife and I. All I can say is it was nice to actually do business with a company that wants to help you with what you are trying to accomplish and not over charge you with zero guaranties.

My water heater pilot light kept going out.  My home warranty company recommended Pro Plumbing.  I called them around 10am.  They scheduled to be out between 12-3pm.  They arrived about 11:40am.  I told what had been happening and by 12:30pm my issue was fixed.  The service techs, Robert and Victor, were AWESOME!  Thank you very much!

First and last experience with this organization.  Called in a clogged kitchen drain and they promptly came out, augured the drain, solved the problem and left after a $275 payment.  I have two issues: First, for that money, I should not have to do the cleanup of the floor and the cabinet under the sink.  They left a foul smelling mess under the sink.  Second, for that money, I should not have to put a bucket under the newly leaking P trap washer and have to call another company to repair their repair.
