Hands-down...Pat Kisely takes the cake for best buyer and seller representation in our community. I am yet to meet another Realtor that could even light a candle to her wealth of knowledge/years of experience in our local market, her dedication to continuing education/additional designations, her level of loyalty and strict commitment to meet and uphold all standards of ethics set forth by the South Dakota Real Estate Commission, her relentless determination to not only meet the basic needs and requests of her clients, but to go above and beyond by helping them to see their position in this everchanging real estate market, as either buyer or seller, from every angle in order to develop successful strategies and give them a more informed stance in their individual decision-making processes. The bottom line here is that buying or selling property is a huge step for anyone to take and choosing the right Realtor shouldn't be taken lightly.  I personally couldn't recommend a more selfless, genuine, honest, professional, hardworking, and dedicated Realtor than Pat Kisely.

I have done multiple transactions and Pat has always provided excellent, professional advice and representation.  When listing your home or business, Pat will provide valued insight to both optimize the selling price and reducing the time on the market.  When having Pat represent you as a purchaser, she will be a solid voice of reason and guidance to best assist you in understanding the fair market value of the properties you are considering.  Pat will negotiate for your best interest and earn your long term business as she has with me.  Thank you Pat!
