I purchased a personalised jumper for my partner for Valentines Day 2017. Unfortunately, i was informed by Australia Post (who were very apologetic and willing to help in anyway possible) that my item had sadly been stolen from a delivery truck. When i got in touch with the Seattle Seahawks shop they were fantastic, they sent me a brand new jumper free of charge in the nick of time. I had brillant customer service all along, i will definitely repurchase from them again and would highly recommend. The jumper is also perfect, great quality, good fit and exactly as i had ordered!!😊

Got the wrong size personalized jersey as a gift and they wouldn't work with me on any kind of exchange. They wouldn't even exchange the same jersey that wasn't personalized. The manager said because they can't​ resell it they can't take it. So Thiers a gray area in thier policy and I get stuck with a jersey I can't use or sell. Basically I'm stuck with a $212 jersey made in Vietnam that they won't exchange because they can't make make money off it. Never spending a single cent at the pro shop again.

If you want your 'Hawks gear right from the horse's mouth this is the place to go. I'm only giving them 4 stars due to the lack of variety. It seems that they are only marketing to 20 somethings that want garish NFL gear. Maybe this is mandated by the NFL?? How about us older guys that want something a bit more tasteful and subdued?? Not so shiny and form fitting ... They have also sell Sounders gear as it's a shared facility. Go 'Hawks!

The best and widest selection of Seahawks gear in town. It's best to come here during the week when it's really quite!
