Was neat to look at the really old stuff. Was able to take some old computer parts and clear up some room after a recent move. Staff could be a little more helpful. We had a lot of heavy stuff that we carried in the door the first time and no one behind the counter said anything about where to set it until I asked a second time. The one person just kinda stared then pointed. We didn't need someone to lift help carry was just needed to know where the drop off area was. Otherwise its nice to have a place to get rid of old electronics and see some systems that are no longer in use today.

It looks grungy, but it is a fabulous toy box for a computer geek. You want to recycle your old PC, they'll do that. You broke your mouse? Coffee ruined keyboard? That new monitor is missing a cable? Critical part blew and you need a cheap replacement yesterday? It's all here for less than the price of a fast food meal. 30 day warranty on most stuff, but never bought a dud. Oh, and they do have new parts and a reasonably priced, honest repair desk. No sneaky bull about trying to sell you what you don't need. Oh, and check out the free museum of old computers in the back. They have gems that the Living Computer museum doesn’t.

RE-PC used to be a good store for finding parts or vintage items. However, their inventory has become less interesting these days. They have some overpriced items that are still there months later. I wished they have more variety of parts, and to bring back the laptop parts. I bought my X41 Tablet there. The Wierdstuff store in Sunnyvale CA is better than RE-PC, but I don't live in California, which is sad to me.

Great PC shop for looking around and finding missing parts or supplies for older PC's, and I could probably spend an hour or more in here doing just that. I would not count on much help from people behind the counter though. When asked questions they seem to lean towards just pointing and minimally worded replies. Not a big deal if you know what you are doing, but if you really need help I am not sure if this is the place.

Great assortment of used PC related goods. Can seemingly always find a part or a cable that I need. Prices on somethings are a little steep and stay around for a while, but you can try and ask if they'll budge on a price.
