Worst salon I have been to in Trussville. I told the tech I did NOT want dip powder not once, but 5 times. She then cut my nails too short, and made them look like blocks. Her husband (assumption) tried his best to fix them, but they are a mess. They are too short, and have no shape to them. I came to this Salon once before and had no issues, but this time was awful. I so badly just wanted to get out of there even before they were finished. I feel that the lady that did my nails must have been an owner because she was directing the flow of traffic in the salon. She was rude that I wanted a full set, then rude about me not wanting dip powder. From now on I will drive 10 more minutes to Gadsden nails where they never give me issues about what I want.

Not friendly at all. They were not helpful at all. I wanted a simple design on one nail and no one wanted to do it. The lady who seemed in charge yelled at my son to stop moving, he was sitting alone and not bothering anyone. Everyone was super rude except 2 girls, one who did my little girls nails and one who helped me after no one else would who said her name was Mae. I won't be going back.

on Saturday, December 2nd, 2017, was going to fresh market, I notice the nail salon I told my daughter I should go check them out after getting out the car waiting in the parking lot for my daughter to get out I saw this very nice lady and her daughter so I saw her heading to pro nail I ask her about them she said she didn't know and was going to ask me. she said well I'm going to see and she will let me know when we see each other in fresh market. well me and my daughter decided to go with her. ok so we walk in....a lady walk up to ask can she help us..... the owner or she seat people at the station help the lady I walk in with first then she ask me I said I want what the lady want which was dipped nails with sns colors she told the other lady $35 for her and her daughter, she told me It will cost me $40 because of my nail I'm trying to figure out what was wrong with my nails...anyway I went with the flow then she ask my daughter did she want to get her nails did we said no just me getting nails did. the lady took my hand sit me at the station with a guy. I told her I did not want a guy doing my nails, she insist that he does good work. I said ok. i told my daughter to come sit by me. so the lady came over where we was sitting and ask my daughter again about getting her nails done. i ask my daughter do she really want to get her nails did and i will pay for her...she said ok, so she wanted acrylics and thought they didn't have them anymore because they dip nails now. the lady said yes we have them...me and my daughter both said ok then that is what she will get....the lady said ok. so the lady sit her in the booth behind me...so the guy ask me how long i wanted my nails so after said and done they charged me $5 more dollars remind you am at $45 dollars now...ok so when the guy finished with my nails i walk over to look at my daughter nails, i said you not suppose to be getting dipped nails. she said i know that is what i thought she said i thought they do them different that is why she didn't say nothing to me. so the lady heard me say that to her she said that is what we choose the dipped nails i told her no no we didn't, she suppose to get acrylic....so i didn't argue with her....not only she sneak and told the asia guy to do the dipped nails in their language she charged my daughter $40 dollars also, instead of $35......after all of this i was so mad i could have showed out in the place, but i stayed calm. it has been 2 days ago and i am still mad....they thought either i was a fool and dumb didn't know they was pulling fast ones on me or they are racist charged me more because me and daughter was light skinned either way that was poor customer service and that is not how you do and treat people. If i could take this higher i would just don't know who i need to contact. BTW: the guy did a good job and was friendly. the lady was friendly and also crook and racist.

My grandmother is a regular customer at this nail shop and I was passing through going to a funeral and I broke my nail. I just need one of my nails repaired so I could get on the highway and my mother wanted to do a regular manicure on her natural nails. The owner or the lady that was placing people at stations came up and asked if we wanted a pedicure. We told her no and what we wanted. She told me no to my repair than said we don't have the sns color. She didn't even look to see what color I had on my nails. Than she asked if I wanted full set and I told her no. I didn't have time for a full set and I'm picky about who does my nails. She reject to help me so I decided to at least let he e help my mother so we stayed. When she realized we were still there she came up to us and said it would be a one hour wait. So we decided to leave. We were parked in front of the place and once I got back into the car someone asked her a question and she started laughing and pointed to one of her nails and shook her head. I'm not sure if she was talking about me but it seems like it. I believe when she told us it would be an hour wait it concerned the other clients so they inquired about it. I was not happy about that at all so I am going to another nail shop. I'm not for. this area but I will definitely let my family and others that I know to stay away from this nail shop that's unfair, not friendly, and apparently on want to provide customer service to people they choose to do so. Businesses have to understand that every client that is willing to pay and tip needs to provide excellent customer service.

I have been a few times, and they are extremely nice and friendly every time. They are very thorough when giving pedicures.
