Have been using Productive for about 3 years now. They have been very reliable and have great customer service. They have jumped through hoops to get our loads picked up and delivered on time. Will continue to use them and recommend them.

We didn't get paid for 11 loads for over a year now due to the fact we had a cargo claim witch has nothing to do with rest of the loads we did deliver for them. We will never used them again. Claim on bond was filed. Tried to resolve the issue with the operations manager but very poor customer service.

Shame on me for not reading reviews before booking load with this company. Very shady to say the least, certainly won't pull a load for them ever again and wouldn't recommend any else pull one either.
