If your delivering here, (linehaul) expect to spend roughly 45 min for your drop and hook. When it's a race against your clock this isn't a good thing.  No issues with customer service. This was our first time here and we were directed where to go. Check in is by dock door 92. Straight ahead, up one small flight of stairs and door on the left to check in. We were directed to leave paperwork, drop trailer, come back by dock 92 and wait for jockey to bring us an empty. This is where a lot of time was wasted. Jockeys shuffling trailers while you just wait. 
A better, more efficient system needs to be implemented. 
15 min max on a drop and hook. 
Anyway, expect to wait.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, but negative10 was not an option. Worst customer service EVER. So far has screwed up one delivery twice and still waiting for product. Made me sit home all day for delivery, then 1 minute veggie closing, i had to call and they told me " oops, it didn't make it in the truck, someone should have called you".  We had to pick it up and it was damaged. Next time it came in, they called to say it was there. I wanted to pick it up cuz of the damage last time. We went and it was not there like they said. All up to me to figure it out, they would not help. Never again!!! Do not use them!!!!
