They are never open! I've been three times during times they're supposed the be open and they were closed with no explanation. They are also not friendly. They barely look at you and one person acted all put out once when I came back with another item I had left in my car. She was trying to eat her sandwich and let me know by her attitude that she was not happy about having to get up a second time in the middle of her sandwich to ring me up. Clearly the people running this place are not interested in working.

New Ownership performance is very poor.

Suits are over-pressed and pressing is not aligned with original folds and seams of the suit. Lapels are off the mark; collars are not aligned in the back.  

Dry cleaning comes back feeling very stiff not sure if it is a change in cleaning formula or over-pressing or dirty cleaning formula.

Silk shirts come back over-pressed and stiff feeling.  One is not even wearable after being cleaned.  

In my 50 years of dry cleaning my cloths this is the worst experience I have had with a dry cleaner.
