Used to be good, but recently one item in every batch of clothes sent there comes back ruined or not at all. A pair of new pants came back ripped in the most peculiar place, it wasn't along the seam. A new bridesmaid dress with intricate beading on the sleeve, that had only been worn once came back ruined. A missing tie (brand new) that was never recovered, etc. This equals to several hundred dollars worth of clothes. Even though a credit was given for the pants worth the retail price, we cannot get decent service in that clothes aren't ready when they promise them to be. It's a shame but I cannot, in good conscience, use them anymore. My husband and I will run out of clothes!

The service was great and the price was reasonable. I was able to pick up a suit I dropped off the following day.

Great Experience! I have tried dry cleaners all around Atlanta but the service they provide is unmatched. Very Satisfied costumer!

I have been a customer for over a decade - have not had a bad experience ever. Yes, they lost my shirt once - and they apologized profusely + paid for a new one. They always have my garments ready on time, and do a great job!

I bought a white skirt with a matching top that was made of very delicate material which I only wore one time. There was not many stains on the outfit just a few small dirt spots on the skirt. I bought the top in to be cleaned anyway. When I went to pick the outfit up there was a huge brown stain on the top which they tried to act like I gave it to them like that and they couldn't get it out. They also left an ink imprint on the inside of the skirt from the papers they pinned on the skirt. Now my outfit is ruined. I will try and go see if another dry cleaner can fix the mess they created. Word of advice always take pictures of your clothes before you drop them off at the cleaners
