I won't use this place again. I ordered a new entry door and it was not a pleasant experience. First, they lost my order and had no idea -- I waited months thinking it was normal and then after calling multiple times to check, they realized something was wrong. The sales guy made a HUGE deal about the doors they sold being higher quality than big box store doors. Then when the door finally came, the sticker on the box clearly indicated that they had ordered from a big box store (maybe they'd hoped I wouldn't notice?). The installer was temperamental and didn't pay much attention to details (there is a big bow and gap in the jam). He refused to replace the flashing on the bottom of the door (I had asked the sales guy for this) because, as he put it, if it got dented he'd have to come replace it. That doesn't even seem remotely true; I guess he just didn't want to do it.

PHI did a FANTASTIC job with my roof & windows! It was a big job & a quarter of the cost of several other estimates I had received. Not only that, but they took the time to educate my husband & I on what products would work best within our budget--- they listened to the cost we were able to spend & worked with us to get the best for our money. These guys know the industry in & out. The owner is hands-on & the staff is very helpful. I have referred them to friends & family & plan on using them in the future for my siding.  A+ all around!

I found Professional Home Improvement through the Internet because we had no idea who to use for renovations to my mother's cottage up north.  Everyone at this company has been a pleasure to work with and the work that has been completed on this home has been amazing. We have used them to replace a sun porch, replacement of all windows and decking. We have since hired Professional Home to do additional renovations and we are looking forward to working with them again.

Professional Home  Improvement sold me a pergola that I am continually complimented on and we saved 70 percent off the retail price. Wonderful people to deal with.
