A fantastic place to purchase your next Coach.  Pro Sales RV has the finest customer service I have ever experienced.  This is my 4th RV purchased form Pro Sales over the years and it will not be the last.  You guys are GREAT!

Nancy and I want to express our gratitude for your support following our recent purchase of our 2009 Four Winds Siesta. Having possession of the vehicle 3 weeks, we ran into unexpected and unforeseen mechanical problems. You not only assured us that ProSales Rv would cover those expenses, you actually took charge of the whole situation and worked behind the scenes for us, negotiating between the extended warranty and the dealership where we went for repairs. This alone was above and beyond. You followed up your verbal commitment with action. We were amazed when the dealer called and told us YOU had picked up our out of pocket costs. How reassuring it is to us to know we purchased our first RV from a company that stands by its word.
We will see you within the next year for our annual coach inspection, we would not consider anyone else servicing our vehicle.
PS... we expect a neighbor to be calling on you soon, she loves our RV and is going to check out ProSalesRV.

We rented a Class C for my long awaited Bucket List trip.  A month going to all the places I had wanted to see forever.  Sadly, the RV gods were not ready for us.  The RV we rented, a 2018 Thor Chateau, was in excellent condition, SUPER clean and EXACTLY what we hoped for.  Dawn, Jessica, Chris, Jesus and others are absolutely the very best to work with.  Our orientation was complete and very well done.  Sadly, unknown to ANYONE the RV had a manufacturer's defective wiring problem that affected the power supply to the coach that reared its ugly head about 5 days into our trip. Jessica arranged for a Mobile Tech who came to our RV park.  He and Chris worked tirelessly to solve the problem in what can only be described as difficult conditions!  After hours of working and being in constant contact it was determined that a fix in the park was impossible.  Jessica gave us several options to work with, ALL geared to what was best for us. Hubby and I talked it over and decided that for us, the best was to return home and try again another time.  Jessica arranged for hotels for our trip home, at THEIR expense.  Dawn called us from HER vacation to express her concern and dismay at the situation.  I think they were as upset as I was! To anyone looking to rent or purchase an RV from knowledgeable, caring and incredibly kind people, this is your place to go.  You will NOT be sorry and you will be treated like family!. When we decide to try again, we will surely come back here, there is NO other place to go for such great service!

AWSOME experience Ron and Darcy are great to work with.
Found our dream RV on line and called they held it till we could get there to see the it. They made us an exceptional deal with our trade and we are very happy just came back from a 3 week trip up north and it runs and everything works like a dream. If you are looking for a Motorhome check our this place they are very professional and Supper to work with. I will refer all our friends to Professional Sales RV.
