I don't understand companies.  I called up on Monday and asked them if they took appointments.  The receptionist tells me that the sole window tinter is at a doctors appointment and has no clue when he will be back.  Huh?  I ask about bringing my car in for a tint job.  She tells me not today, maybe tomorrow.  I ask about appointments, they don't take them.

I call back the next day around 9:30 am.  She tells me that they have a car already and that I should try to bring mine in around 12:00 pm.  It takes their installer 2 1/2 hours to tint a vehicle.  Must be a huge vehicle. I then tell her that i'm only a couple of miles from the shop and that if she calls me, i can be there in like 10 minutes.  Nope, can't do it and we don't take appointments.

It's amazing that a company has a client like me that is willing to give them money and all I ask in return is for a phone call, so that neither of our time is wasted.  Nope can't be done.  

Went with another company that was a little further away but had the same product (3M) and was more than willing to give me an appointment.  I would recommend you pass on this place, unless you want to sit there all day waiting for an opening.

Terrible tinting business. Overpriced and inefficient. They take all day to install the tints, which are not done properly. Therefore, customers have to return and waste another day for them to hopefully get it right. Not worth the price or the hassle. Make sure you inspect every inch of your vehicle before and after if you take it to them, which I don't recommend. Just about the only good thing they have is the 3M material. Stay away from this place

Fast service.  Great quality.  I waited almost a month to post a review to make sure my tints wouldn't bubble.

(STAY WAY )The Shop Sells high quality tint... But has no idea on proper installation. I took my brand new car there to get the 3M tint installed, Wow what a nightmare this turned out to be. They had to retint my whole car 2 times due to them not cleaning my windows properly and allow tons of tiny dirt bubbles to get trapped under the tint. Then the second time they re-did my tint they cut the windows to the wrong size... so they retinted the car again... I would say they did a Fair at best job... so I left... About 1 week later my windshield had to be replaced due to a rock hitting it... I told it back them to have my front strip put back on the window.  I spoke with the Owner Carlos DeCespedes about the new windshield strip and due to all my previous problems with the sub par installation he told me he would take care of the front window strip no problem... So I allow them to put on the strip of tint on the front. When then gave me my car back my windshield was all scratched from the putting a scotch brite pad to the window to clean it.. Who puts a scuffing pad on glass to clean it? I called the owner who was not in at this time to advise of the problem only to have him tell me to come back tomorrow. So the next day I came back to show him the damage that his incompetent installer did and he said that im crazy and didnt see any damages. I asked him how he would like to go about fixing the problem and his reply was “I not taking any responsibly and take him to court" STAY WAY FROM Professional Window Tinters Of Miami!
