I requested that Prograss give me a bid on yard work. I am in a mobile home park and my yard isnt that big. I was shocked when the estimate came back at $1,500.00. They also requested to give me a bid on fence replacement. I said ok, but mainly just need the yard work. Several days went by. I called them and they said they are working on it. Finally, they gave me a bid of $5,500. I was shocked, and I said not at this time but, I will need to schedule the yard work. I told them I would have a friend come trim the ivy from the fence. So they dont even need to worry about or touch the fence. Several days go by. I call them back leaving messages for a return phone call. Finally, I get a call that they "dont think" they can do the yard work unless I also allow them to replace my fence. They have poor customer service, They wont get back to you in a timely manner and unless you pay them a lot of money to do other projects they wont be interested in doing any yard work. Even if you willing to pay them $1,500 for the yard work. I contacted a different yard service and they are going to do the yard work for $500.00 total. They get zero stars from me.
