Dr Spera and his staff are very professional and skilled. I have had excellent dental assistants also. Samantha was especially nice and skilled my last visit. I had 10 crowns done in December and have since broken 2. Dr Spera has taken care of all expense and "warranted" everything. Thanks again.
 I was also made completely aware of what my charges were going to be before my first visit. No surprises. I was also informed about how unpredictable the insurance companies are now as far what reimbursement amounts would be. I did pay everything and I waited for the insurance to decide what to pay me. This should not be Dr Spera's worry. Everything worked out great.

They forgot to mention that if you're a first time patient you have to pay upfront for the entire visit. Nobody could tell me how long it would take to get reimbursed after my insurance was verified. What a joke.

I've been going to Progressive Dental for many years now. I had terrible experiences with other dentists until I met Dr. Spera. I completely trust him and have never had a bad experience with him or the hygienists.

The professionals behind the desk had many problems submitting my insurance claim. At their request I had to leave to retrieve paper work from my place of employment and return to the office. The trip was not necessary, they had figured out they hadn't needed that paper work after all. 
Another visit to the office left me, again, very unhappy. Prior to my visit I had gone through a very long, very uncomfortable, very expensive procedure to own whitening trays. I had gone back to this office to purchase whitening gel. I was told it was too long since I had seen the dentist and they refused to sell me the whitening gel. I will no longer visit this dental office.
