I've unfortunately had to utilize service here. Unfortunately because I had been involved in accidents. 

I know Progressive had since changed repair processes ... but before the change, the process was hands down the best and most customer friendly of any insurer I know of. The staff was efficient and professional, and had a rental car ready before I even showed up.

Just hope you don't get the black chick. She will rule against you and basically call you a liar if you are white. I had to edit my 3 star review and bring it down to 1 star because Progressive will estimate your repair at half what another insurer will. I took my truck here and theybestimate $1040 for repairs. I took to All state because their insurer hit me and Their estimate was $1900. HUGE difference. Progressive should stop spending so much money on stupid TV ads and spend it on their insurers. I switched insurance companies from progressive to the elephant. Much cheaper.

I was impressed with the fact that everyone was so nice. Even though I myself don't have progressive insurance,  I still did not get the feeling that one gets when an insurance company tries to  play the blame game. They inspected my car, gave me a rental, and sent me on my way.

I will be getting a quote from them when my insurance is up for renewal.
