years is all we could stand of this company. We had to move. They are grossly incompetent, never return phone calls, and suck up to the HOA president. The property manager is always “out” but never at our property. He doesn’t even know the rules of the Condo Association. No management is better than this company.

We paid for our home in full and these people are still slumlords. They prioritize pool furniture over termite infested porches. They have a horrible management company with some of the most rudest, incompetent people running their office and all while sucking up to our incompetent HOA president who does not know what the hell he is doing and is always leaving nasty letters on people's door with a good old strong, "or else" at the end of every letter. If I wanted to live in a 55 and up community I would have moved to one.

High HOA, low quality contractors, slow resolution of issues, rude responses. If you want your community value to decrease, neighbors to be unhappy, and common areas to look terrible progressive management is the company for you.

Have dealt with them and their team for more than 25 years. Solid people; smart, hardworking. Very hands on. As a fellow service provider to our mutual clients I cannot say enough how dedicated they are to getting the best results they can for their clients...maybe that's wht they have the same leadership for 30 years....

No communication. Always transfer to voicemail but never call back. Extremely hard to work with. Stay away!!!
