This place is a trap. Great sales people in the office.  Make you think you are getting something you’re not. Look closely and ask to see the unit you are renting not the model. These places are old, moldy, and dusty just like June the dried up old hag that runs the place. And not to mention overpriced! I could go 5 miles south and get a BRAND NEW place for less money. Oh and pay special attention to the garbage on the lease. They tell you you only pay $25 a month for this valet waste. Well the guy never picks up anything and he is rude rude rude. They sneak in an extra charge for the dumpster they don’t tell you about so you are paying $50+ for trash. Go elsewheee. June is a ratchet old hag and she is rude and makes the poor other lady do all the work while she hides  in her office and if she hears someone might be requiring her attention she gets up and closes the door!  They will say anything to get you trapped in this place. Don’t fall for it!!

I lived there for 1 year let me tell you love Carrie and June they are so amazing. I have nothing bad too say it was great thank you all so much love and miss Bigmama 💋

I am lost for words. Please know I have been a commercial property manager for over 16 years and customer service goes a long way. I call on Friday and Saturday and yet no answer. I decided to go by the property since I only stay 15 miles away and no one was there. I want this property to know due to the  lack of inconvenience I decided to go to another property with better customer service.  This property staff needs to  manager better.

Office staff is very friendly and we have lived her going on 4 years. The reason for 3 stars is the fact that since the hurricane hit behind my apartment is nothing but cut & fallen down tree limbs. Along with that there is now trash building up outside my building. For what we pay in rent one would expect the complex to take a bit more pride in the grounds They are really good at making the entrance look pretty but it’s almost like out of site out of mind. When you sit on the back porch all you see is trash. June, the manager, (who is wonderful btw) should do a walk about and check it out. It would be nice to have this cleared up sometime in the near future.

Have lived here almost 2 years. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool is gorgeous. Apartments are large. We love it here.
