Tim got here super quickly and was super efficient and nice! The whole experience was easy and I would definitely use this service again! Not kidding. I highly recommend if you're locked out and need a reasonably priced service.

Communication and service was excellent. The only thing I would note is the actual cost for the unlock starts at 35 but is closer to 100 if you have a new car. That said, they're much more reliable and punctual than their competition so it's worth it.

Very professional over the phone but the guy who showed up had NO IDEA what he was doing ! He was on the phone the entire time getting coached by someone on what to do next along with us telling him what a locksmith in the past did to open the vehicle. As he was hammering the key into the key hole with a screw driver I had to literally tell him to please stop because he obviously didn't know what he was doing and he admitted he didn't. Just insane ! then ontop of it all once he left without making progress we noticed a piece of the interior door was ripped off , called main office he had to come back to take pictures and we had to file a claim. The reviews were so good did not expect this type of service what so ever ever ! Will never use or recommend this locksmith company ever again! They quite obviously don't test there techs to well after they complete a 6 week program.

I received great service. I was able to rest up for work while they came and made and new key for a reasonable price. Thank you for the great service
