Just enough weights to stay toned. Enough offered for cario vascular. Great alternative for bad weather running outdoors. I usually take advantage of the 3 mo. offer which is a reasonable rate.

The facility has decent equipment, especially for the area, however the hours are horrible. I was a member and was forced out when they cut back their weekend and evening hours. Very dissatisfied and left with few options. I was especially disappointed by this seeing as how they are now a part of ProMedica, which should be doing more to promote health, not less; as a gym, if you're not open when people can attend, what good are you? Would have liked to see more / better options for entertainment in the cardo room, but the equipment was good and the weight room also had decent equipment. If you can live with their hours (good luck finding them on the website), you will probably appreciate the facility.

As of 2013, the facility has been upgraded tremendously. New machines, revamped existing equipment, all new rack of free weights, and brand new cardio equipment make for a great experience.

Workout here all the time. Good assortment of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. If you are looking for an LA fitness or Golds gym, this is the closest you are going to get around this area.
