Xanadu is a nice gym with new equipment, fitness classes, a juice bar, and spin classes.  As an American, I think their prices are really fair and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.   The one thing missing is towel service!  They should consider adding this as an add-on service.

I find Xanadu a very pleasant place to go exercise. Some of the machines we're down and we're down for a while but other than that it's a nice place to exercise

Very friendly owners and personable staff, locker rooms need some tlc eg. carpet cleaning, they could be a little better at getting equipment repaired or replaced faster. Other than that is a great gym would definitely recommend.

member for 3+ years, owner is very unprofessional and cheap, many many machines are broken and have been broken for months, they refuse to update any machinery, a lot of it is out dated. Hours on the weekend are terrible. It was the last straw when I walked in on an employee being ridiculed at the front desk by the owner, I then cancelled my membership and recently joined goodlife, what an amazing difference compared to this place. wouldn't be surprised if xanadu went out of business in the next coming months.

The womans only side is not confidential. The machines in there have been broken or half work for the last 3 years. Staff is friendly. Nice facility. Class times are at inconvenient times.
