Property Revival Realty is the all under one roof real estate company transforming the way clients think about real estate. Come RE-think real estate with us! We're founded in three areas: real estate, construction, design.

Real estate: Partner with one of our licensed REALTOR® team members to list, sell, or buy your home. Our agents represent decades of expert real estate experience, including "traditional" real estate transactions, as well as more complicated areas such as 1031 exchange, foreclosures, commercial property, vacation homes, multi-family, and other investments. We're here to help!

Construction: Elite. That describes our general contractor division. From our proprietary estimating tool, design, and construction talent to our professionalism, honesty, and care for your home, Property Revival offers top-shelf construction services.

Design: Our in-house, professional interior designers are here to assist your needs. Signed as a client for a remodeling project? Our designers will guide you through tough decisions with color, space, and products. Our pros are also available hourly to assist your DIY efforts. Give 'em a call!

Very disappointed. My husband and I love the house we bought from them. But they lied  to us, told us in paperwork we summited to our lender we have municipal sewer. We do not. Now the county is coming after us for things we have no control over. We are trying to work with property revival but they do not call us back or email. They said to us they would take care of it. That was in January of 2018 it is now April 29th. We have heard nothing back. I will change my review once this is resolved. My husband and I did not sign up for a house that need us to spend close to $30,000 in a mound system.- Kotajarvi family Edgerton Wi

Fantastic experience with Brian Lawton and his team! They are by far the most professional, caring group of real estate agents we've experienced. Communicated with us throughout the process, helped a lot to reduce the stress of selling, always positive. We recommend them!

Property Revival is finally the real estate company we have been looking for!  Not only do they have deep ties to the community, which is evident in their involvement in school sports, town meetings and organizations, but they are willing to work hard!
