A very pleasant experience working with Briggs Realty and agent Jake Downing.  Selling a house is a stressful time, but the Briggs group takes care of everything.  This was the second property they have sold for us, and both times they made it easy for us.  Will definitely use them again!

Kassi Dixon is quite literally the best realtor we could have ever asked for! She is so on top of things and her communication was/is the best! Adam Baumel was not honest, nor transparent. Bad house buying experience. I will never buy from them again. Hope Adam is enjoying his chest freezer that was supposed to be sold with the home. He did the final walkthrough on my behalf and lied about things being in the same condition as when I last saw them.
