The absolute worst bank . They don't have a customer service person after 5 pm weekdays after 2 pm on Saturdays and no one on sundays. They will stop your card from working if they suspect fraud without calling you and you cannot call no one to tell them its you because the bank is closed. They refund no overdraft fees and charge you 10.00 to transfer your money. They ABSOLUTELY do not refund for fraud on your account.. INSANE

THE ABSOLUTELY WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!!!! You get 5 different answers from 5 different employees to your issue!!!

Save yourself the hassle. They practice poor communication with their customers. One rep will tell you one thing in regards to your account then what they told you doesn't occur so you have to call back. When you call back with the same issue that you previously reported, you will get told something totally different by a different rep. I made a mobile deposit by Ford motor corporation. They gave me credit for the 2 grand only to come back at the end of the 2nd business day to place a secret hold on the funds. Based on my available balance, i paid my rent. After noticing a grand of my money gone, i never saw my rent clear. Instead they bounced my rent payment and charged me overdraft fees. I was furious. I asked the rep what happened to my funds and I was told that the deposit credit was given to me initially but that an extended hold was placed on my deposit for a week because Ford motor company's corporate account flagged for fraudulent activity. Really? Ford makes and sells automotive why would this happen? It took 3 reps and 5 different phonecalls to finally get an answer. My problem with this besides the frustration is the lack of communication. If the extended hold needed to be placed after the deposit was credited to my account permanently, i think that they should have called me, text, or email me of the extended hold. Now, i am going to have to deal with $50/ day late fees with my management company of which the credit union needs to reimburse me. When that decision to pull some of my funds back out of my account, i should have been notified immediately. This is not the first issue that I have had to deal with concerning them. I am going back to Chase bank. At least they have always been informative with me in regards to my account.

I have had a savings account with them since I was 5 year's old so I have been a member with them for about 26 year's now and that's when they still were HLR federal credit union. My mother is chairman of the board. Never have an issue here always treated with respect and anytime I have an issue it's resolved fast and easily.
