Horrible customer service. I came in with a simple problem and the person helping me was extremely unhelpful and had a bad attitude.

Went there to open an account. I dont think they know what they are doing. The rigth are to high,they charge to much. I have in my to open a Comercial acc. You have no even start to mate money an they charge to much before.

This is the worst bank in existence. With the exception of Augusto all the costumer service representatives are completely and totally incompetent. The manager is painfully incompetent and never has any time to speak with her costumers. They fined me endlessly every time they messed up my account and it took forever to get refunds. Stay far away from TD Bank.

This bank is horrible. No customer service I went in picking up a card they had no energy to help me. Didn't even get out their chair to look. Don't go here. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. Everyone here is very very lazy.
