Prosper Tax - Mitesh Mehta, one of the most ill-mannered and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.  They do not answer your phone calls, do not  have the courtesy to respond to voice mails. They will never respond to your emails in the first place, and I always had to send several followup emails to get a response. 
He collects random fee every year looking at your total income you made on your W2 form, and has no organized deadlines, he'd just randomly send an email one day asking for his fees and will ask for $25 as a late fee if not paid the same day. 
This is the last year I had filed my taxes with him and I told him. Later,  after paying his fees $130 (Federal + State) I realized he put my incorrect bank account number and he denied to help me correct it and my returns on time. (Ask me for his emails) I ended up calling Tax departments myself and spending hours to get it corrected.  I am also seeking legal help against him..Please reach out to me if you can help..

At prosper tax, I have received the worst customer service ever and Mitesh Mehta is a bad, very bad person.

Worst custumer service. No one responds to your calls. A recorded message says email is the best way to reach, and its not. I have tried it and its their worst. Atlast after a few efforts when you think its not a bad idea to choose prosper tax, they prove you wrong.Once you pay the fees for their services, they will stop responding to emails. They just leave you in dark for a week or two. When you start to think that you lost your money, then they reply back to your email saying " we filed your taxes". This happend to both me and my friend. If you have already decided to go with prosper tax good luck.

Worst service ever , forget about service after taking your Mooney they don’t even repond to emails . I do not recommend any one

I have the best experience working with Prosper Tax. I have been in restaurant business for over 15 years but have never seen a better and more responsive firm. They help with all aspects of payroll, accounting, tax planning and are on top all the time. I am able to reach them even on evenings and weekends and always get personal attention. I would very highly recommend Prosper tax to any business owner or Individual.

He was very responsive up to about 4 days before the tax deadline, then nothing.  A week after they were due, he called me back (because he didn't recognize the phone number) and promised to have something to me that night.  Two days later, I still had nothing.
