For 2 years this company over charged and under produced. Business taxes are due in March; they finished ours at the end of October. —Both Times!! And this year it cost us over 7k in late penalties —which we found out about when they sent us the tax files. 

They could NOT provide an estimated cost the first year “because” they didn’t know the scope of work —even though we provided that last 2 years taxes. 

ThE SECOND year their fees increased 💯%! 😳 And they tried to re-bill us for the first years servic and ADDED 1,000 to the ‘invoiced amount!! ‘ 😟 Lucky I had the original. But when questioned no answers. 

They charged us an hourly rate —over $30 to set up QuickBooks to ‘save us money’ but we never got the QB file. 

Their customer service is as poor as their accounting services. I have ZERO confidence our 2016 taxes were done correctly. Especially since there was a difference of almost 20,000 in the bottom line when we had even more expenses to write off this year. 

What legal recourse is there when an accounting firm provides this poor of service?
