The staff is small but the nurses and doctors really do care. They do their best for a small town hospital with a budget. They are constantly working twords perfection, don't let the receptionists fool you, this is a very kind and hardworking hospital.

I have been trying for over a month to resolve a workman's comp claim that was sent to my personal address. Jackie, in billing, doesn't seem the least bit interested in getting this issue resolved. Finally, after leaving many unreturned messages to Jackie, I was able to reach her. I was ready to give her the phone number of my boss, who was going to pay her over the phone. She stated that she wasn't going to call him because it was HIS responsibility to call HER and she wasn't going to chase him. She finally agreed to call him... We'll see. I am trying to resolve this issue to the best of my ability and Jackie just doesn't care. If I could give a no star, I would.
