I was a student here a few years ago. I say four stars because of a few reasons. Every place isnt for every child, they only make the kids sit at desks when you first get there for suicide and homocide watch. There wasn't mold everywhere, i did laundry on helper days and spent a bit of time being a mentor for the littles even. The staff did pick favorites , but thats the same as any school or social setting. A kid who listens and is kind or outgoing tends to be like over the kids that attack others or acted like brats. If i hadnt gone to this school and completed my program i wouldnt be here today.

They MAKE KIDS SIT AT DESK ALL DAY TILL MORNING TILL NIGHT TO PUNISH THEM . ESPECSILLY IF STAFF DONT LOKE THE KOD THEY WILL MAKE FUN OF THEM .. OR PROVOKE THEM TO DO SOMETHING SO THEY CAN DO SOMETHING TO THEM. OTS LIKE BEING IN JAIL. YOU BARELY GO OUTSIDE AND EVEN A.DOCTOR THERE HAS BEEN FIRED FOR OVER MEDICATING ALMOST EVERY ONE THERE HER NAME IS DR. C .  LAWSUIT FROM ALMOST EVRY PARENT

my daughter is there now and comes homes in December and after reading these reviews by people children n adults i am very worries about her and might take her out sooner. i have had problems with being able to talk to her and see her and there is always an excuse and i am not happy i thought it was just me but maybe it inst at all. i cant believe what i have read about his place because i had heard so much good things about this place but i am questioning it now.

Seventeen years later I'm still having nightmares about this place.  I'm now medicated due to stress and anxiety. The positive review left must be fake because no one that's ever been here would say such things. If you are considering sending your child here please head my warning, as well other reviews seriously. Do not send your child to Provo Canyon School. Warn your friends and family against it. This place shouldn't exist.
