Overall, it's nowhere perfect but it's a relatively fair school.
The learning environment is usually great.
Unless you are a knucklehead or a retard teachers are nice to you.
The only downside s that they put all Highly Capable Students in one class but also mash them in with literal dumb@$$#$ and other not so capable kids. 
The HCL kids don't even get separate advanced learning from the average kids even if you got 97% on the HiCaP test, which can really hurt you in middle school.
Bullying and other bad behavior if not reported, can easily go unseen; but the if reported the school counselors will dish it out.
Punishment for that kind of action can vary, but is usually not very harsh at all (compared to middle school).
Lunch is not that good and it's nothing compared to that of Skyridge Middle School (Which you will hopefully go to after Prune Hill, The school lunch is actually amazing..).
There is a fair amount of after school activities for your child to attend (Chess club, Homework club (Though I hear that they stopped doing it), Soccer club, etc.
What ticks me off the most is that so many kids are incredibly spoiled brats. (Due to the relatively high average salary per household)
Just make the right friends, actually try to get 4s (elementary equivalent of A+) and don't turn into a thug in middle school and a dropout in high school.
Overall it's on okay school but it has a pretty good learning environment with a nice modern-ish school.
