Hello, I visited the Dolfield Road Location, Owings Mills, MD, Public Storage on Friday, October 13, 2017. My visit to this location was one of an amazing experience. Ms. Maya was my Representative during this very stressful day. Maya managed to help me see the light within the day, since I was so stressed out already. She took the time to show me around the storage center, she showed me several sizes, she explained to me all of the ins and outs of renting a storage space. I appreciate all of Maya's expertise and her EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maya understands that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A DEPARTMENT, she is well aware of the fact that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN "ATTITUDE". Maya was easy to work with and was more than willing to share a lot of smiles during my drilling of her knowledge with all of my questions put forth to her on this day of my first visit. I hadn't planned to get a storage on this day, but after speaking with Maya for about 15 minutes, I was sold. The Public Storage Center is so clean, the floors are spotless, this location is brand- spanking new, and the Customer Service is Awesome. To end, I would like to say; if you are passing by this location and you need storage, this is the way and the place to go. I came in to make a payment and the two young lady's Royelle and Maya were amazing.... They provided such helpful information. I would really recommend this storage location its very clean as well.

Royelle and Maya are the best Customer service reps. In the building they both were extremely helpful and friendly. I HIGHLY DEMAND THAT THEY BOTH GET RAISES FOR THEIR HARD WORK AND GREAT INFORMATION REGARDING MY STORAGE SPACE. Please take note of their work for it is highly recognized and well appreciated. GREAT JOB FROM BOTH.

Being there has been and a challenge, because of the changes in my life. Having to go in to pay my bill or find out any information . Ms. Maya , has been a blessing , as far as knowing the right answer. Not only that she greet you with a million DOLLAR SMILE. I must say Keep up the Great job and you will grow where ever you are in life. Thanks Again for all that you have done and will do for others and me..... Be Highly Blessed
