The manager named Heather was excellent. Her customer service is second to none. She's highly knowledgeable and was able to help me out tremendously when I moved in and when I vacated. On a scale from 1-10 she is a 11. Truly a asset to the company. Thanks for all of your help Heather. 😀

Do not...I repeat DO NOT (is bold type and italics an option here?!) rent space here or at any Public Storage location.  If I could give negative stars I would.  I rented a space for two months and it was the worst experience from the moment I walked into the office the first time.  The staff is incompetent and clueless, and at times rude. The upper management group refuses to answer the phone but when forced to they do not properly address issues but instead ensure that they perpetuate.  I have overpaid by nearly $150.00, which they refuse to refund to me and on top of that they sent me to collections.  For what?  For an account that reflects a zero balance but, again, is overpaid.  No one seems to know anything, including why we were sent to collections for an account with no balance (they won't acknowledge the overpayment).  But no one seems to want to do what's necessary to fix it, either, so we just keep getting passed around from person to person, none of whom answer the phone and when they finally do they just play dumb.  The staff in the office isn't worth even talking to, because they literally know nothing more than how to show you where the units are and how to open the gate.  Learn from our mistake: DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE.

Public Storage attracted me cause it appears clean an  professional . I was very happy with my questions and not getting something bigger than I need. Heather was very helpful and courteous. I definitely use Public Storage  again and recommend it to my family

My experience with Public Storage was a great one. I have always been skittish about using storage companies for my belongings, but this time the atomspehere made me feel excellent.Heather was very clear on what I would receive for my price and made very clear the terms and conditions. I can say I will reccomend this place to every one that I know who needs storage! Who says businessman or women can't be honest!

As far as storage goes it's fine... but there were weeks when the gate was wide open and broken and the staff was quite rude one day.
