Staff (Tim and co-workers) were very friendly, amazingly helpful, knowledgable, efficient, and professional. The property was well-maintained and spotless, and we felt that our belongings would be completely safe (and they were). We only needed a small climate-controlled storage space for a couple of weeks, but it solved a big problem for us at a reasonable price and gave us peace of mind. A textbook storage experience against which others will be measured. Thanks to all for a job well done.

Worst experience. This company failed to notify us when the roof was damaged from the hurricane. They subsequently repaired the roof which caused damage to our contents. The fact that they failed to notify us during any point in this process is primarily why we are giving this company a one star rating. We are now attempting to claim damage through their insurance, with no help from them, which has proven so far to be a joke. Additionally it is very difficult to stop the reoccurring charges as contact information is outdated. How convenient for them! I caution all who look here for storage needs. This company does not fulfill the contract in keeping the contents safe and fails to timely notify. We are cancelling our unit. And to add insult to injury they did not offer to help clean up inside our unit after roofers and I got a foreign object lodged in my eye when removing my ruined furniture! Oh Happy day Public Storage!!!

Excellent service.  Inquired about a rental unit since I'm moving and received nothing but excellent care and consideration.  Very knowledgeable to my needs and what I am storing. I will be back soon.

Rented a unit. Property was very clean. Elana and Tim were very polite and professional. She showed me 2 different units to see which worked best for me. They were both tremendously helpful. Would recommend this property for anyone that needs storage.

Came in to rent a unit today. Property looked clean. Have rented here before. Brooke helped me out today and all was good! Edited: Only downside is the never ending rate increases. Started at $127 a month and now paying almost $170. Can't wait to remove my stuff.
