A few weeks ago I walked in to get a storage space because I had to move recently and the team provided great customer service by going above and beyond to make sure my moving experience went smooth. They even had moving supplies which made my job less stressful. I highly recommend this location 👍🏽.

This place is amazing and the manager is one of a kind.  I moved my stuff in on July, that was one of the worst days I could say.  The manager explained everything to me, Wales me through the process more than once and just showed she cared. They have been pleasant every time I come in to pay my monthly fee.  It's like coming in and hanging with family but on a professional note.

I hate everything about public storage in white oak I don't even no the staffs name don't even care to no niether. I have gotten a call from someone yesterday stating that they saw there was no lock on my unit and I said ok she then said that u have a balance for this month. I should not have any balance my wife personally came in and told there so called staff thats never in their office that we were vacating the unit over a month ago. Also once we removed all of the furniture out i cleaned up the place but I left the mess that the rodents left . I will NEVER EVER again with this company..

My husband and I love the unit. Milton and his co-worker is knowledge about their work. Kudos to both.

Melissa is fanastic! She made my day! Awesome customer service and she made this process quick and easy!she helped me understand the process and made storing my items a breeze. The property is very clean and secured. I like how the key pad recognized me.
