1. mover was beyond rude. He dumped our boxes on the sidewalk and had no respect for our property. He claimed that he couldn't get his truck in but the apartment manager said many trucks have successfully entered and exited the premises. My parents in their mid 70's asked what they were suppose to do he said he didn't know and it wasn't his problem. They were never even given the option to have your mover take the boxes with a hand truck and pay extra as stated in the contact. My dad then went and found someone with a small truck in the complex and paid him $150 to move the boxes to the apartment. I saw your mover talking to the guys we got to move our stuff into the apartment. I'm sure to take his cut...such a disgrace to treat the elderly with such disrespect. 2. You lost one of my parents boxes. Ruined boxes we paid a lot of money for, broke dishes and gave us someone else's box. Then you had the nerve to tell ME to send it back to you!!! Seriously...you expect me to ship a box back to you with my money. 3. You said $50 would cover all of what you lost and broke and we NEVER GOT THE CHECK.

These guys were great! Mike and his crew did a fantastic job! On time, quote matched the end price. Very professional! And when I saw one of the guys put my treadmill on his back, and carried it up three flights of steps, I was done!
