My mom and I went to the Morris Plains location to inquire about different storage options because she will be downsizing shortly.  We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service that we received.  Mike worked very diligently to make sure that all of our needs were met. He was very personable and quite funny which made the entire process less arduous. After my mother described to him what she’d be utilizing the space for, he showed her several different options. All of the units and the entire property were impeccably maintained.  We had looked at several other locations and companies in comparison, but once we came to this location my mother was instantly impressed and trust me that’s no easy feat. I feel good knowing that her items will be stored at such a well maintained and well staffed facility.

Mike W. the property manager goes above and beyond with his customer service. The site is kept immaculate and secure. I felt very comfortable entrusting them with my items. Customers are treated more like tenants at a condo complex than at a storage facility.  BY FAR the best storage facility I have ever been to. Believe me, they are NOT all equal.

Have been utilizing this location for more than 5 years now. It's great, clean. I have used other storage facilities and have had problems with mice or pests. You only notice them when you move out. I've moved from different size storages in the past in this facility. I have never encountered any problems. The customer service is great. The manager, Mike, is amazing! Will continue to use this facility as long as we need a storage space.

Have used this location for over 5 years.  I've never had a bad experience.  Mike and Katie are two people I've had the pleasure of dealing with and they are very accommodating and very helpful.  I definitely recommend this location for anyone who needs storage space.

Great facility.. clean, easy access from Rt. 10, and climate controlled and secure.. recently downsized my unit with the assistance of Mike in the office.. he was so super helpful and friendly with this transition it was a breeze..  i  have used this locations for a few years now.. never had any issues.  Happy to have found them.
