Stopped by to make a payment on the weekend and the staff was very helpful. I want to thank James and Alexis for making my experience at this location exceptional. I will be back to make future payments here because of the level of great customer service these two illustrate.

Place is great. James helped me out and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Wanted to update my review after being at the property for about 4 months now and everything is still great. I came in today was greeted by James and Lynne. They were both friendly and made me feel like this is the right place to store my belongings.

Clean well maintained facility. James greeted me and helped me get my contract started. He is very professional and was patient with all of the questions I had prior to me signing anything. Highly recommend.

I have just had it with this place !!  It is the WORST !!!  I'll be out of there by the end of the month. I've had my stuff in storage at the Rowland Heights location for a couple of years now.  At first it was $135 a month, but when they think you've settled in and they've got you, they raise the rent every few months. Right now it is up to $223 and I'm quite sure I can find much cheaper places. 
This place is a real BIG rip-off !  Don't even consider it.

Everyone working at this property is always helpful. This time Aaron and Lynne helped us- very friendly. Property is always clean. Very secure.
